The Police and Partnership Standards Unit (PPSU) at the Home Office has developed a database that records examples of evidenced effective practices, searchable in a variety of ways. PPSU is keen to ensure that the Effective Practice Database not only fulfils expectations of a national database to search for best practices, but ultimately assist partnerships in improving crime and disorder reduction performance.
