It is merely intended as a helpful and time saving resource to ensure that the messages in 'Youth Matters' can be communicated quickly to all those who are likely to be interested or affected by it. 'Youth Matters' itself, an Executive Summary of the document and a questionnaire aimed specifically at young people are available on the Youth Matters section of the DfES website.
